For years the Undead have hidden in London, guarded by their own political system –The Council – and an allegiance with three of the strongest political families of the day. In exchange for the loss of independence they have lived free from their fear of an imminent mob. But all that is changing. A dark figure stalks the London streets, murdering those who cross its path and already whispers have begun to spread that this is the work of something inhuman.
